ARCADIS Project and Program Management adds specific and positive value in the delivery of construction and property-related projects. We use our own internet-based "stagegate" approach that co-ordinates and manages all program and/or project stages, from inception through to completion. Our approach mitigates risk and manages the key aspects of time, cost and quality and allows significant flexibility to reflect the specific project demands.

Our project managers are drawn from a wide variety of backgrounds and collectively provide a combined knowledge base that covers projects of all types, complexities, and values.   They question and find solutions, plan, manage and lead with a confidence underpinned by our process and procedure and support our aim of delivering a "best in class" service to our clients.

In addition to core Project Management, ARCADIS can provide:

• Employer’s Agent - provided under a design and build arrangement, ARCADIS will fulfil a conventional role at pre-construction stage and then act on behalf of our Clients' under the construction contract.
• Contract Administration - sometimes combined with the core Project Management service, we will apply our extensive contract knowledge to administer the contract and ensure obligations of the parties to the contract are fulfilled.
• Tenant’s Representative - provided for our Occupier Clients' who enter a pre-let agreement, ARCADIS provide advice during building selection and lease negotiations, defining our Clients' requirements, monitoring the base build and / or managing the fit out for delivery under a turn key arrangement.
• Tenant Liaison - working with our Developer Clients' to incorporate their tenant’s fitting out works, this is often required in multi-tenanted buildings where simultaneous co-ordination with a number of future occupiers is required.
• Development Monitoring - working closely with our investment fund clients or building purchasers where monitoring quality, programme and cost demand the highest levels of rigour.
• Design Management - ARCADIS can provide an independent service to specifically manage the design process through a Design Management Plan, allowing the design team to focus their energies on the detailed aspects of design and achieving a fully co-ordinated approach.
